Does ACS Shop ship to P.O. Box or Package Forwarding Services?

NO.

A Cake Story Shop (Cerletti Cake Designs) does NOT ship orders to:

All orders placed from these areas will be rejected.
All orders placed using P.O. Box addresses will be rejected.
All orders placed using Package / Parcel and Mail Forwarding Services will be rejected

A Cake Story reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders placed minus the shipping and service fees.
A Cake Story reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of attempting to circumvent these restrictions by using alternative shipping addresses in allotted countries.

How much does shipping cost?

A Cake Story Shop  ONLY uses the Swiss Post, which is the national postal service of Switzerland.

Cost of shipping depends on the destination and is clearly defined upon checkout.

All orders use Priority Registered Shipping and will be provided a Tracking number.

**Please be cautious when receiving any emails phishing scams involves fake email messages pretending to be from the courier services / delivery providers. The message may indicate that a courier has tried to deliver a parcel. It then asks you to reschedule the delivery by clicking a link to a fake website, and to settle an outstanding delivery fee. 
With the increase of households utilizing online delivery services, and Brexit causing some confusion over online delivery charges, it is very important to remain vigilant against potential scams.**

Question 4

Taxes and Customs Fees (including VAT)?

Accepted Answer

Value added tax serves the purpose of taxing domestic consumption. For this reason, the destination country principle applies.

As imports, your order may be subject to fees (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 
As the customer, you are responsible for the charges applied by your country.
A Cake Story Shop (Cerletti Cake Designs) is not responsible for these charges if/when they are applied.

Please be extremely cautious when receiving emails asking for payment for any fees as these could be scam or phishing emails. 
A Cake Story uses only the Swiss Postal Service to ship orders. 
A Cake Story Shop does not send emails requiring payment of any fees, nor does the Swiss Postal services used to ship the items.

How do I use the ACS Tools?

Accepted Answer

First step is to prepare the fondant  by either mixing a small amount of CMC Tylo Powder into the fondant - OR-  mix equal parts classic fondant with either gum paste or modeling paste.
Doing this will strengthen - or as I say it, FORTIFY- the fondant and allow for the tools to be effective.

Once the fondant has been strengthen roll it out to the desired size of the cake you wish to cover. 
(Note: you will use the "Panel Method")

CakeRelief Instructions:  
Place the CakeRelief onto the rolled out fondant and apply equal and FIRM pressure using the ACS Transparent Pressing tool.
One side of the CakeRelief allows for a low effect and the other side allows for a sunken relief effects. 
You can even pour colour into the grooves of the pattern.

CakeTiles Instructions: 
Gently place the CakeTile onto the rolled out fondant use the ACS Transparent Pressing Tool to apply GENTLE pressure on to the CakeTile over the fondant, just enough to allow for the tile pattern to leave an impression.
The goal is to imprint the pattern onto the fondant, and not to cut through.
Cut out the panel that fits the size of your cake and proceed to cover the cake by using the "Panel Method".

CakeTile are not "cutters" - and should not be handled as such.

Question 7

How do I care for my ACS Tools?

Accepted Answer

Due to the green sustainable materials used in the production of A Cake Story design tools, it is very important to follow handling a care instructions as described.

Simply hand wash with room temperature water and dry with clean towel. 
Store DRY CakeTiles and CakeReliefs in the storage pouch that is provided.

ACS Tools (CakeTiles, CakeReliefs and The Transparent Pressing Tool) are NOT dishwasher safe and should under no circumstances be washed with hot water or exposed to high temperatures, heat, steam and direct sunlight.

Do not soak in warm or hot water. 
Do not expose to heat exceeding 50°C (122°F)
​
CakeTiles are not cookie cutters and should not be used as such.
Do not attempt to bend them or apply stress tests.
ACS Shop is not responsible for damages to products occurred as a result of improper use and care.

Please also note that because of the nature of the GreenTec materials used to manufacture A Cake Story CakeTiles, discoloration of the items is completely normal and does not affect its usage or quality.

If you feel inspired by my work and use the techniques, methods, and/or style you must give credit. 
Ideally, asking for permission in advance, especially if you plan on copying my art 1:1.

This counts for any and all methods taught or demonstrated as well as the captions used or any written text on any A Cake Story platforms.

ACS Tools (CakeTiles, CakeReliefs) are protected under copyright and IP.

Attempts to recreate, copy, reverse engineer or imitate for the purposes of reselling is strictly prohibited.

ACS Cerletti Cake Designs will enforce the strictest laws available towards those individuals or entities who attempt to recreate, copy, reverse engineer or imitate any of the ACS Tools for the purposes of reselling.

Question 10

My Order was cancelled? Why?

Accepted Answer

If your order was cancelled it is because you either:
1. Did not complete the address and shipping fields correctly and did not respond to email requests for clarification.
2. You placed an order from the list of locations which ordering and shipping is restricted. 
3. You used a Package / Parcel and Mail Forwarding Services or a PO Box which is strictly forbidden.

The order will be cancelled and a refund for the items ordered will be issued,  minus the cost of shipping and service fees.

Please do not attempt to place orders from the list of shipping restrictions:
